Salvaging the worst invention. Ever.

 I saved it by

 

quilting it

with cat fabric on the back.

It's not the best looking rug, but it's very soft, thick, and feels like a terry cloth towel.

To me it's kind of ugly and not really what I had in mind, however it's soft and durable and it will do a good job. 

Plus, I saved its life!
