For some reason, my weaving was coming out crooked on Aunt Katie's table napkins by about 1/4 inch. The right side was slightly taller and it was starting to bother me. Upon investigation, it's hard to say why exactly it was doing this, but I think it's because I tied on with a different tightness on one side than the other. So... I cut off the piece I was working on and washed it up! I know I have plenty of warp for 4 napkins, so it's kind of a treat to see it early... although, according to the literature, this is the "right" way of doing things!
So, here is a sample all washed up. It's SOOOOO soft!!!
And here are the seams done by machine. The machine stitches are so sturdy and fast!
